Our client is recruiting for an Associate or Supervising Associate to play an integral part of their financial services team.


Our client is looking for a talented and technical lawyer who has the ambition and aptitude to embrace their first class client base in the asset management and financial institutions sectors and is looking to further develop their knowledge and experience of this exciting and evolving industry.

The role requires a confident and able networker who enjoys working and developing teams and embraces client and business development.

You will advise on the structuring, establishment and on-going operation of UCITS and AIFs availing of a variety of structures and asset classes.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 PQE with good exposure to hedge funds gained at another leading City practice.

You should have: -

  • Excellent academics.
  • Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required.

You will be commercially driven and able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
