Our client is looking for a family law solicitor or legal executive to join their general practice fee earning team based in Birmingham.
The role will primarily involve a mixed caseload of matrimonial and children act matters.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of family law and the family court procedure. A high level of client care and strong advocacy experience is also essential for the role.
They are looking for a positive, well organised and commercially aware fee earner who can combine technical ability with a client focussed personal touch.
An advanced ability in Microsoft and case management software would be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide references and pass standard background checks as a condition of an offer of employment.
