THE ROLE
A senior associate/Of Counsel is sought to join the environment team.
THE CANDIDATE
With a wide range of experience, ideally gained in environmental law in a comparable firm/firms, you will have a strong academic background.
You will be providing, inter alia, support to public and private M&A transactions, on the buyer and sell side, preparing vendor due diligence and on UK health and safety regulation
You will be looking to join an award winning international real estate practice.
