You will be handling a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, employment tribunal claims, whistleblowing, high profile cases, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios.
You should have good client handling skills and be able to work well with other team members.
An employment solicitor with 2-5pqe, you will be expected to be able to demonstrate that you are self-motivated and commercially minded, as well as having good interpersonal skills and being able to work effectively in teams.
