An employment lawyer with 2-4pqe is sought to handle a range of work to include M&A transaction support, standalone employment advice, incentive arrangements and ideally UK pension arrangements.
Much of the work will involve working on deals and therefore experience of a diverse range of transactions is key.
The successful candidate will be a confident drafter including in respect of the corporate documents required to implement a PE-style management equity plan.
You will be able to coordinate large scale cross-border transactions with colleagues in other offices and with local counsel.
Experience of working in a small team / US law firm is preferable but not essential.
