Within the specialist Employment team where you will provide advice on a wide range of matters including equality and discrimination; disciplinary and grievance issues; reorganisations and redundancies; settlement agreements; restrictive covenants; TUPE and managing Tribunal claims.
You will also be involved in drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts, agreements and policies and procedures.
An employment lawyer with c 1-4pqe, you will have top academics and training and be looking to further develop your career.
With a pragmatic and solution-focused approach to your work and excellent client management and matter management skills, you will have the ability to work well within a team orientated environment and independently on your own initiative.
