The role will involve working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, whistleblowing, high profile cases, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios.
Whilst previous experience in the field of healthcare or public sector is strongly preferred, it is not essential.

With at least 4pqe you will have extensive experience of working on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
You should have good client handling and business development skills.
You will be expected to be able to demonstrate at interview that you are self-motivated and commercially minded, as well as having good interpersonal skills and being able to work effectively in teams, including providing supervision to junior lawyers.
