Our client is an established London law firm serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients.
A new role has arisen for a confident employment lawyer to join a dynamic team advising a substantial UK client base comprising both private and commercial clients.
You will be providing advice on employment issues stemming from corporate and property transactions, including TUPE, out/in-sourcing, re-organisations, M&As and restructuring.
You will be handling a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious matters acting predominantly for employers including whistle-blowing, discrimination, protection of confidential information and post-termination restrictions.
The successful candidate will have 2-3PQE as an Employment lawyer and will have gained a proven track record gained at a top City, London or national law firm.
You will have an excellent academic record (degree 2.1 or above) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You experience is likely to include the full spectrum of employment law matters including HR advisory, litigation (both High Court and Tribunal) and corporate transactional work.
