THE ROLE
For an employment solicitor ready to take the next step in their legal career.
A talented 2-4PQE Employment Lawyer is sought to join a dynamic and expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly regarded boutique firm in the heart of Legal London, advising both employers and employees on a broad spectrum of employment matters.
As part of the employment team, you will be involved in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters including:
* Advising employers on contracts of employment, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE, employment status issues and terminations.
* Acting for employees and senior executives on workplace disputes, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.
* Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and collaborating on more complex matters.
* Drafting and negotiating employment documentation including contracts, handbooks, directors service agreements and consultancy agreements.
* Playing an active role in business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the employment offering.
* Contributing to thought leadership through articles, seminars, and online content.
