THE FIRM

A central London based practice

THE ROLE

An Employment solicitor ideally 5pqe+ is sought to join a growing employment team.

The role is to support the lead partner in the team with the more challenging ER cases and other work to enable them to develop the department and generate business.

There will be scope to be involved in a diverse range of interesting instructions and clients including client training, thought leadership and business development initiatives to strengthen client relationships and grow the practice.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate should have good academics and be highly motivated and proactive.

Clients are mainly employers of a range of sizes and the candidate must have a strong ER background, dealing with and running complex investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes for clients.

You will also be involved with restructuring, TUPE and senior level exits.
