Applicants with 3pqe+ would be ideal for this role, which includes a broad spectrum of excellent quality and complex contentious and non-contentious employment work. Flexible working is available.
Client include SMEs, multinational and global corporations needing support with all aspects of employment law, to acting for senior executives and employees seeking advice on potential claims and settlement agreements.
The team has a contentious bias, managing Tribunal claims for both employers and employees, advising on disciplinaries and grievances, restrictive covenant breaches and day-to-day HR issues.
They also support businesses with contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures, and advising in respect of TUPE.
