Within a standalone Employment Department which also works with the firm's teams in corporate, private client, IT, and IP.
The team mainly handles employer related work and additionally acts for senior executives.
The role will involve a wide range of both UK and cross border employment law issues to include employee relations, employment tribunal litigation, corporate and outsourcing transactions, and employment documentation, contracts, settlement agreements, policies, and handbooks.
With 2-4pqe as a guide in employment law your experience is likely to include advising business clients, owner-managed businesses, and senior individuals.
You should also have a good mix of contentious, corporate, and advisory experience.
Redundancy / change management, litigation and corporate support experience is preferable.
You should also have an interest and involvement in business development activities.
An interim would be considered.
