The City based Employment team is now hiring an experienced employment lawyer.
This expanding and ambitious employment team handles both corporate support and litigious work including confidentiality agreements, team moves and tribunal matters.
The work will include Employment Tribunal claims; whistleblowing and discrimination; disciplinary and grievance issues, terminations, redundancy programmes, business re-structuring and outsourcing.
The team also assists with the drafting, development and implementation of employment contracts, employee handbooks and company policies as well as working hours, TUPE, data protection issues, equal opportunities and all other workplace disputes.
Clients include those in the insurance, financial services, transportation, professional services, and cosmetics sectors.
With at around 3pqe and up to senior level with City or equivalent based experience, you will be an employment lawyer with a strong High Court employment litigation background.
