Our client is an established City law firm providing legal services to clients throughout the UK.
An employment lawyer is required to cover a fixed term contract for twelve months with an established team providing sound commercial advice and guidance on all aspects of Employment.
You will be supporting the Partners on large and more complex matters and manage your own caseload, comprising a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters including corporate support and project work
To be considered for this role you will be a pro-active 3-5PQE+ employment lawyer with excellent academics (2:1 or above) with a proven track record gained with a top regional or London firm.
You will have sound knowledge of TUPE advice and the drafting and preparation of Settlement Agreements coupled with a good understanding of advising on re-structures.
With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have a flexible and adaptable attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
