Our client is a major UK law firm with clients in a diverse range of business sectors.
A new role has arisen for a talented employment lawyer to join a highly successful and top-ranked team, to work with a wide range of clients within the commercial, charities and health sectors.
You will be handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, providing employment law support and input to corporate transactions, undertaking due diligence and drafting the employment provisions in transactional documents.
To be considered for this role you will be an employment lawyer with 2-5PQE and excellent academics (2:1 or above).
Your experience will have been gained at a leading national or City law firm within an established employment team.
You will have previous experience of advising commercial clients, including drafting contracts, employment handbooks, policies and procedures.
The ability to lead on Employment Tribunal matters, project management and advocacy skills would be desirable.
