THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for an Employment Law Solicitor 4-6 PQE to handle a high level mixed employment law workload

You will be working as a member of a team that handles the full range of employment issues advising (i) individual senior executives and partners and (ii) employers from the financial services, sports, corporate, media, retail, education, visitor attractions and charity sectors.

You will be ; advising senior executives and partners on employment contracts, negotiating terms/advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants, disciplinary and grievances and related investigations, restrictive covenants and related high court litigation. Advising on the management of Employment Tribunal litigation;

THE CANDIDATE

You will have a solid employment law background with sound technical skills

You will be able to handle a mixed employment law role advising management and senior executives
