THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for an Employment Associate 5 + PQE to join a well respected team with a view to handling a mixed employment law workload
You will be responsible for advising a broad range of high-profile clients, including senior executives, company owners, HR professionals and in-house counsel.
The work will cover all aspects of employment law including: employment contracts, maternity and paternity rights, discrimination, whistle-blowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE and employment tribunal claims.
The post holder would also be expected to provide transactional support in addition to playing a significant role in business development.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid employment law background with a track record of corporate support experience within an employment team
You will also have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
