Job Description

THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for a barrister specialising in employment litigation to join the growing Advocacy Unit.

You will undertake advocacy on behalf of the firm's growing client-base across the firm's three core sectors; commercial / private sector; health and education.

It is envisaged that this advocacy will involve all areas of employment-related litigation, predominantly within the Employment Tribunal.

You will work alongside the head of the Internal Advocacy Unit handling a mix of tribunal based advocacy, across a range of preliminary hearings and final hearings, alongside drafting and advisory papers.

THE CANDIDATE

A Barrister with 2-5 YC and experience of Employment Tribunal advocacy.

Good academics and an enthusiasm for employment law essential.
