For an associate to join the Employment, Compensation & Benefits team.
The work will include:
Advising employers in relation to day-to-day HR related matters, including cross border restructuring, redundancies, recruitment and termination of key executives, and TUPE transfers
Drafting and reviewing HR related documents, including employment contracts, consultancy agreements, and cash and share settled incentive plans
Conducting due diligence on the ECB aspects of major M&A corporate / private equity transactions and advising the parties on related issues, including management retention arrangements and information and consultation processes.
With strong academic credentials, and ideally 3-5pqe, you should have excellent technical and practical knowledge and a solid commercial understanding-both in terms of the way business works, and the way people work in business.
You will be advising on the full spectrum of employment, compensation and benefits issues.
This role will be focused on employment, but the ideal candidate will also need to be prepared for the challenge of working outside their usual area of specialism and working on incentives related matters.
