A well-established and collegial City firm
A Senior Associate with 8PQE or more or an established Employment Partner - ideally with an existing following - is required to head up and build the employment law function at this growing firm.
This role is for a lawyer with a excellent academics, an entrepreneurial approach, and broad employment experience from a top-tier law firm.
You will have solid employment law experience in advising on day to day HR queries from clients (including: disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence, performance management, contract and policy reviews), TUPE, managing employment tribunal litigation, and also providing advice to senior executives in the City of London.
This role will suit a self-starter, who has the ability to work closely with the firm's other established teams, whilst assisting the wider team on winning new business and retaining strong relationships with existing clients.
