Within a team which specialises in advising on the design and implementation of remuneration structures and incentive plans, providing assistance in their operation, and advising and handling the impact of corporate transactions on the rights of participants.
The team advises on all aspects of employee benefits, including the design, implementation and communication of both senior executive and all-employee plans, the establishment and operation of employee benefit trusts (to support share plans and as wealth creation vehicles), employment taxation, as well as corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters.
Clients include PE backed private and multinational PLCs.
As the team is looking to grow they seek to hire a newly qualified or junior associate.
Ideally the candidate will have experience in a similar role in a law firm and/or accountancy practice.
However, candidates who have a background in corporate, tax or employment law will also be considered.
Your share schemes workload will involve a mix of transactional/corporate support work and advisory work, which will vary according to deal activity.
Suitable candidates will have strong academics and will have gained at least 6 months experience (either as part of their training or post qualification) in employee incentives or tax matters.
