Our client is an established chartered accountancy firm based in the City of London.
A new role has arisen for a confident employee incentive solicitor to join an existing team and provide advice and support on corporate and commercial legal requirements for the firm's SME clients.
You will provide advice on corporate law, covering share options plans and employee incentives schemes.
The successful candidate will have 3-5PQE as an employee incentive solicitor and will have a proven track record gained at a leading City, London or national law firm.
You will have an excellent academic record (degree 2.1 or above) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with sound technical drafting and analytical skills.
Your experience will include solid understanding of employee incentive schemes and share option plans.
Any experience of corporate or commercial matters would be highly advantageous.
