Our client is an City Law firm.
Opportunity for an employee share incentive specialist lawyer to join this growing firm.
The role will include the provision of advice on share options plans as well as support on corporate and commercial legal requirements for the firm's SME clients.
This is a standalone role, which will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to make their mark by further developing the specialism.
The firm will consider candidates from 2-8pqe and will have solid experience in employee share incentives work,
gained within a leading City, London or national law firm.
You will have an excellent academic record and excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with sound technical drafting and analytical skills.
Your experience will include a solid understanding of share option plans and have knowledg of Growth shares, EBTs and JSOPs.
Opportunity to work either full or part time (3 or 4 days a week)
