Our client is an established chartered accountancy firm based in the City of London.
The Legal Team is now actively seeing to recruit an employee share incentive specialist lawyer to work either full or part time (3 days a week)
The role will include the provision of advice on share options plans as well as support on corporate and commercial legal requirements for the firm's SME clients.
This is a growing area for the firm and the as the role is standalone, will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to make their mark by further developing the specialism.
The firm will consider candidates at a variety of levels from 2pqe+ to 6-10pqe.
Candidates will have experience in employee share incentives work, gained within a leading City, London or national law firm.
You will have an excellent academic record and excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with sound technical drafting and analytical skills.
Your experience will include a solid understanding of employee incentive schemes and share option plans.
