THE ROLE

Derivatives and Structured Products Lawyer 1-3pqe to join a highly regarded derivatives and structured products practice.

As a member of a well established team you will be handling a varied and high level workload to include;

Establishment and updating of on and off balance sheet structured products programmes

Securitised and OTC derivatives

Hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions

Structured repo and securities lending arrangements and repackaging
