THE ROLE

The firm seeks a lawyer to join its award-winning and high-profile commercial litigation department.

Candidates would ideally have experience of the following:

  • Data breach work: assisting clients in responding to cyber attacks, regulatory investigations and civil claims
  • IT disputes: distressed project/turnaround and litigation work
  • Software licensing disputes
  • Competition tech experience would also be beneficial.

THE CANDIDATE

  • Lawyer 3-6PQE with experience in Cyber and Tech disputes from a reputable firm
  • Ability to acquire, consolidate and apply up-to-date knowledge of the law
  • Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial
