Job Description

THE FIRM

A full service commercial UK law firm.

THE ROLE

The main purpose of this role is to liaise with clients and third parties in relation to all day to day aspects of managing the affairs of vulnerable people.

Day to day tasks will include, but not limited to:

Managing a busy caseload, under supervision of an Associate Solicitor as required

Acting for a wide range of individuals

Dealing with a wide range of general management files and supporting role on Court application files

Dealing with the assessment of costs on Court of Protection matters

Preparing applications to the Court of Protection

ABOUT YOU

Relevant work experience in a legal environment and ideally experience in dealing with Vulnerable Clients.

A genuine interest in Private Client work with the desire to learn and develop your skills and expertise.

A clean driving licence and willingness to travel to other offices to attend client meetings.
