THE FIRM

One of the largest teams of lawyers in the South outside London.


THE ROLE

Within the corporate tax practice group which is part of the corporate and commercial department and is known for providing effective solutions to clients across a range of sectors.

The team plays an integral supporting role in a wide range of transactions and also attracts work on a standalone basis.

Clients include corporate entities and trusts, charitable bodies and high net worth individuals.

The work is varied and you can expect to build on your experience by becoming involved in any of the following:

Corporate finance support

Structuring acquisition and disposals

Advising on corporate reconstruction and group arrangements

Investigations and enquiries

Structuring property transactions for landowners, funds and end users

Asset finance support

Employee related tax advice

EIS, SEIS VCT and corporate venturing advice

Tax advice to owner-managed businesses

Partnership tax

Environmental taxes

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have c 2-5pqe strong academics and good quality experience gained at a leading law firm.

You should be flexible and willing to undertake new areas of practice. An existing CTA qualification and a specialism within the wider corporate tax environment would be advantageous.
