THE ROLE
A Corporate Professional Support Lawyer is sought to join the general Corporate PSL team which is a highly respected and valued part of the Corporate Division. This is a chance to be at the forefront of legal and regulatory changes, and to develop your technical skills.
You will be dealing with a variety of topics including corporate and contract law, M&A, ECM, listed company regulation and corporate governance.
You will need to be good at drafting, and able to organise and manage workload priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities will include inter alia, a combination of thought leadership client campaigns and events, client briefings and articles, the preparation and presentation of client and internal training, the co-ordination and upkeep of model forms as well as co-ordinating and leading automated contracts and legal tech initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
A corporate lawyer with 5pqe+ your experience will include M&A, capital markets and/or governance gained at a leading law firm.
You will be a self-starter with the desire and ability to continuously acquire, build upon, and share knowledge.
Previous professional support or knowledge experience is desirable but not essential.
