THE ROLE
Full time role for a Corporate Professional Support Lawyer to provide support to the UK Corporate Practice Group in all areas of corporate law combining more traditional PSL responsibilities with a focus on legal technology and innovation.
You will handle inter alia:
Drafting standard forms and practice notes, responding to ad hoc queries, advising on changes to company and corporate law and updating internal materials as appropriate.
Training on changes to corporate law and assisting fee earners with preparing training for clients on new topics.
Advising on the content of the UK corporate training programme and giving corporate training seminars.
Legal technology and innovation
Intranet maintenance.
ABOUT YOU
With 3pqe+ you will have broad experience of corporate work as a fee earner or PSL at a US or City law firm and have knowledge of corporate transactions and public company work.
Experience of capital markets and private equity work preferred but not required.
You will also be able to deal with document automation and precedent management and to research and evaluate new developments in corporate law.
While PSL experience is preferred but not essential, you must be able to demonstrate an interest in professional support, knowledge sharing and technology.
