Good quality work and a better work life balance? Our client is a leading international law firm with a large, highly ranked corporate group. A new vacancy has arisen for a PSL to join the Corporate Professional Support team. Previous PSL experience is not essential.
This a full service PSL role to incorporate knowledge sharing and strategy; drafting and updating standard forms and documents and online know-how resources; developing and delivering training both internally and externally; responding to queries from fee earners and promoting a know-how culture in the firm; assisting with business development initiatives; and using current awareness to develop thought leadership.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
This opportunity requires at least 5pqe of transactional experience gained in a corporate M&A team of a large international law firm. Ideally your experience should include public and private M&As, joint ventures and AIM work. Previous PSL experience is desirable but not essential.
