THE ROLE

A Corporate Private Equity Counsel 6-8PQE is sought to assist in expanding the firm's high-performing Corporate practice in London.

THE CANDIDATE


Candidates must have strong private equity and M&A experience representing clients on complex cross-border transactions.

The firm seeks individuals with outstanding academic credentials, and strong communication skills.

Prior experience working with energy clients or commercially sophisticated financial institutions-such as investment banks, hedge funds, institutional lenders, and other major investors-is essential.
