THE ROLE
We have a new vacancy for a 5+ PQE Senior Corporate Lawyer
This is an opportunity for an Associate to handle a varied and high-profile corporate role, advising a varied client base including; entrepreneurial start-ups and high growth companies, SMEs, large private companies and listed entities
The team handles M & A, equity fundraisings, venture capital and private equity
Partnerships, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements
Company reorganisations and restructuring
Corporate formation and governance
The post holder will be responsible for advising on transactional and corporate matters, supporting partners on complex corporate transactions
The role will also include responsibility for managing trainees and other junior fee-earners on the transaction as well as external counsel
THE CANDIDATE
You will have 5+ PQE corporate experience gained from a leading law firm
You will have excellent technical and commercial skills and enjoy participating in marketing and client development projects
Applicants will be expected to show excellent organisational and project management
The firm offers hybrid working arrangements
