THE ROLE

A Corporate Knowledge Management Lawyer to join the Bermuda office.

A qualified Commonwealth Lawyer with minimum 6 years PQE is sought.

This is an opportunity for a Knowledge Lawyer to develop, manage and maintain the know-how, knowledge tools and resources, and provide knowledge management and legal training support, across all practices and based in the Bermuda office.

​The candidate will:

• Help develop the knowledge strategy for the department and progress and promote broader knowledge projects and tools
• Create, develop, and automate practice precedents, making them easily accessible, and curate know-how in the DMS and intranet
• Monitor legal and market developments and keep the lawyers up to date with relevant information
• Organize, design, and deliver departmental legal and knowledge training sessions
• Work closely with partners and the marketing team to identify relevant topics and support the production of client alerts and thought leadership materials
• Respond to know how and KM queries and research requests promptly and efficiently

THE CANDIDATE

Applicants will be a corporate / transactional lawyer, qualified in a recognised common law jurisdiction such as England and Wales, and have a minimum of 6 years' post qualification experience in a leading firm.

PSL or knowledge management experience is preferred.
