THE ROLE

We have a new role for a Solicitor 5+ PQE with a corporate insurance background to join a market leading corporate team.

The team is particularly well known for handling high profile work for leading insurers, reinsurers, brokers and private equity funds

THE CANDIDATE

This is an opportunity for a talented, transaction focused Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE handling corporate transactional work in the insurance sector

Candidates with some of the following experience would be of particular interest; M&A, Part VII transfers, Lloyd's syndicate financing and reinsurance transactions.
