THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for a talented Corporate Solicitor with oil and gas experience c 2-6 PQE to join a market leading corporate team to handle M&A and joint venture work

You will be handling corporate work for clients in the Energy and Resources sector,

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have a solid corporate background gained working for a leading City firm or a large regional practice.

You will have oil and gas experience in addition to a M&A and joint venture background

You will have excellent technical and commercial skills with a strong client focused approach
