THE ROLE
A corporate commercial lawyer is sought to develop and manage relationships with key managers and to deal with a range of corporate and commercial matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion in the London region.
You will be actively involved in all business development opportunities to expand the legal practice.
The work will include corporate transactional matters, including business sales, acquisitions, restructures and MBOs; company matters, including shareholders' agreements, company secretarial matters and EMIs; commercial matters, including commercial contracts, intellectual property and GDPR.
You will also have involvement in non-contentious employment law matters such as employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements
ABOUT YOU
A solicitor ideally with 3-5pqe in corporate and commercial, you will show the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team while taking responsibility for your own work.
