A sector focused global law firm has a transactional role focusing on corporate / projects / commercial work.
THE ROLE
Corporate - advising on acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures often, although by no means exclusively, in the energy, logistics and ports & terminals sectors.
Projects - advising on international, high-value projects often in the energy and ports & terminals sectors for both government and private sector interests.
Commercial - advising clients on a variety of commercial contracts, often, although by no means exclusively, in the energy, logistics and ports & terminals sectors
Multi-jurisdictional advice - Co-ordinating input from the global network of offices and from local counsel in other jurisdictions to advise clients on cross border transactions or in due diligence or similar exercises.
Practice development - presentations to clients and at the firm's client seminars; contributing articles for bulletins and briefings; involvement in client pitches
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be 4-5pqe, and have strong academics paired with experience of transactional work.
