A new role in the firm's renowned construction team, handling contentious construction law, and you should ideally have practical experience of the pre-action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes, TCC litigation, mediation, adjudication and ideally, arbitration.
The firm will offer hybrid working arrangements.
An associate NQ-2PQE, and ideally with a large law firm background, you will be looking to join a collegial and growing team.
At NQ level you will have undertaken a construction seat during your training contract.
Knowledge of the most popular standard forms of construction contracts will be needed along with disputes relating to at least some of the following: payment issues, change, defects, termination and professional negligence.
A team player, you will be interested in taking on responsibility for the day to day conduct of cases and building strong client relationships.
