Job Description

OUR CLIENT

A leader in the engineering/construction sector

THE ROLE

We have a new role for a non-contentious construction lawyer 2-5 PQE to join a well-established in house legal team

You will work with a talented team to assist in providing pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice via a business partnering arrangement to the business on it's global portfolio of projects whilst developing relationships with internal business stakeholders as well as our clients and collaborators to mitigate the business risks.

The work will include : reviewing, reporting on, negotiating, and finalising a wide range of contractual documentation, collateral warranties, novation agreements, letters of intent in addition to risk management duties

THE CANDIDATE

You will have 2-5 year's PQE with a solid construction law background gained from working for a leading law firm or in-house or similar

You will have excellent technical skills. Committed to make a long-term career as an in-house Lawyer

This role can be based in a number of locations in the UK including the North East/ South West
