Job Description


Our client is an established leading regional firm with an excellent reputation in being committed to the training and development of its people.

Our client's understanding of construction law is based on long-standing relationships with contractors, design and construction professionals, developers, project funders, manufacturers and suppliers of construction products and technologies.


You will advise upon matters in the construction industry covering: -

  • employers;
  • related businesses and organisations on procurement of consultant services and works;
  • a wide range of commercial, residential and infrastructure projects;
  • renewable energy installations;
  • representation in dispute resolution.

You must have a proven track record in advising on: -

  • contentious and non-contentious construction matters;
  • procurement;
  • construction contracts;
  • commercial agreements;
  • development agreements;
  • all forms of dispute resolution.


To be considered for this role you should have at least 4 years PQE with extensive construction experience and excellent academics gained from a top national or regional firm.

You will be able to use your initiative, and be a forward-planner, anticipating your clients' needs in advance wherever possible.

The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
