The non-contentious work involves drafting and negotiating construction contracts on major building projects in the UK, often for public sector clients, as well as providing construction advice on major domestic and overseas infrastructure projects.

Many of the projects on which the team work use JCT, NEC-based and Fidic forms of contract.

They also advise on contract strategy and risks, procurement and tendering, partnering and financing.

A City trained or equivalent construction lawyer, you will be a marketing-oriented individual looking for new challenges.

In return you will be joining a firm which offers its lawyers excellent career goals and a comprehensive Career Development Programme.
