Senior conflicts role with leading international firm to include management responsibility and the opportunity to work on complex legal and commercial conflict problems.
Managing the day to day conflict function, taking responsibility for the resolution of complex legal and commercial conflict problems and escalating issues when necessary. The role involves training and mentoring of the team; firm-wide training and education on conflicts issues; liaising with partners; drafting relevant documents; and the opportunity for involvement in product development projects.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
This role could suit an experienced conflicts professional with experience gained with a large international law firm or alternatively this role could suit a current fee earner looking to move in to a career in this arena. You will need the confidence to deal with high value, complex, conflict decisions, a sharp intellect combined with excellent interpersonal skills, and a robust and postive approach.
