THE ROLE

We have a new role for a Commercial Property Solicitor c 3+ PQE to join a well established Home Counties based team.

The firm handles the fol range of commercial property work advising business owners, corporates and individuals on commercial property transactions; acquisitions and sales, commercial development sites, leasehold work, Landlord and Tenant matters and refinancing.

THE CANDIDATE

You will have 3 - 7 PQE working as a Commercial Property Solicitor.

You will have a solid track record, excellent technical skills ideally with leasehold enfranchisement, financing and development experience
