THE FIRM

A well regarded and established full service commercial firm.

THE ROLE

The commercial property team handles a wide variety of work including:

Acting for a number of property companies, off-shore funds and high net worth individuals dealing with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property.

Matters include large portfolio sales and acquisitions and dealing with complex portfolio re-financing and re-structuring as well as the more standard sales, acquisitions and lease/management work.

The role will also include advising and undertaking acquisitions of development sites for mixed use schemes for public and private sector developers.
