A new role has arisen for a commercial property lawyer to join a successful property team based in their offices in the Thames Valley.
The team advises clients on a wide range of commercial and residential matters focussing on the acquisition and disposals of development land, planning and construction to development finance.
The successful candidate will be NQ-5pqe with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), and will have a proven track record gained within a top regional or a well-regarded national firm.
If newly qualified you will demonstrate sound knowledge of property law particularly on matters such as acquisition & disposals of development land gained during your training contract.
You will ideally also have experience of secured lending and preparing sites for disposals of units, ideally coupled with knowledge of planning and infrastructure agreements/CIL.
