A highly regarded law firm with several offices across the country providing a comprehensive range of services for business and individual clients.

The Housing Management team act for a large number of Registered Providers of Social Housing on all aspects of their housing functions including possession actions, antisocial behaviour, leasehold queries and policy and procedure work.


You will be a Solicitor or Associate with at least 2 pqe and up to 5 pqe.

You will possess a wealth of experience in commercial property to work on the development side with social housing clients, providing commercial and practical holistic solutions.

Our client's team incorporates a broad range of residential development work for registered providers, including site acquisitions and disposals, funding documentation and infrastructure agreements.

This role will develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and complex work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners. As an expanding team, there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set.

The client will ensure that you receive a good level of client contact and early responsibility.


You will be a real estate/commercial property solicitor, experienced in advising large clients on commercial property development/investment work, ideally within the social housing sector.

You will have delivered development services project transactions on time and on budget, advising on all aspects of land acquisitions, site assembly and stock rationalisation.

You will demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement, and someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.

You will be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys helping and working alongside others.

You will be eager to learn, develop and hone your skills to take advantage of the opportunities for career development within this team.
