Job Description

THE FIRM

A top South East based law firm.

THE ROLE

A Commercial Litigation Solicitor to work full or part time in a busy and growing commercial litigation team which currently offers flexible hybrid working with most people choosing to spend on average 2 - 3 days per week in the office.

The work will include handling contentious work for a variety of clients, from individuals and owner managed businesses to household name PLCs.

It will also include international work and close collaboration with law firms in other jurisdictions.

You will handle High Court litigation and international arbitration and provide strategic advice on claims avoidance and risk management.

ABOUT YOU

With 3-6pqe you should have strong experience of commercial contract disputes, as well as an appetite for business development.
