The Commercial Disputes Team advises on all forms of contractual and non-contractual disputes, ranging from corporate transaction disputes concerning warranties, indemnities and completion accounts, through to claims under supply and distribution agreements.
The team is recognised by independent commentators as one of the leading commercial litigation practices and has a strong reputation, nationally and internationally.
Clients include blue chip companies, public sector authorities/departments and high net worth individuals across a huge range of sectors - retail, transport, digital, food and drink, health, industrial, automotive, energy, utilities, financial services.
You will be looking to work closely with Partners across the Contentious Group who lead commercial dispute cases on areas including shareholder, partnership and general corporate disputes, private equity and hedge fund disputes, information technology, tax, trusts, pensions, international arbitration, fraud, IP, regulatory, PFI/PPP and general contract disputes.

With strong academics to include a 2:1 degree, and at least 6 months' experience of commercial litigation, you will already have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial litigation and arbitration.
