The company is expanding its Legal team and looking to hire a lawyer NQ-3pqe with a strong background in Commercial Law. As the new Legal Counsel for the UK&I you'll hold day to day responsibility for the management and effective mitigation of legal and compliance matters.
You'll be providing business-focused, robust commercial and employment legal advice and support, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and driving continuous improvement.

Your work will involve inter alia,
-Reviewing, advising and negotiating a range of agreements, particularly those focused on the supply of staffing products and services, across a range of different business models.
-Identifying and advising on the legal risks and considerations relating to implementation of business programmes and initiatives. Finding practical, pragmatic and commercially focused mitigations and solutions.
-Providing robust advice in relation to data protection, privacy and cyber security issues.
You will have trained and qualified at a high quality law firm, with a focus on commercial law, although an in house background will also be considered. Employment law experience is desirable but not essential
